To maintain the best oral health, we recommend that your child brushes his or her teeth approximately three to four times a day: in the morning after breakfast, in the afternoon after lunch, in the evening after dinner, and just before bed. Routine dental visits are important so that we can help your child to develop good brushing habits as he or she gets older.
